It cost 750 Million rupees officially but apart from some headlines and some global preening, what were the benefits to the average Indian?

How did China invent gunpowder but it was the European nations that went out and “conquered the world using firearms”?

Ten years ago , India planned a bullet train across a few hundred kilometres, but nothing further has been accomplished

India is neither wealthy nor powerful

India neither has an Independent internet platform nor a powerful manufacturing or service economy , given a very small middle class or rich layer

Ten years ago , India spent money to send a satellite to Mars but nothing further has been accomplished

So why would you want to copy what the States and China are doing, just for a handful of headlines and some publicity ?

If you do need a Multimodal AI and assuming you have the necessary clientele who can harness a made from scratch Multimodal AI System, it should be your private sector that should be doing the necessary work
